Of course, shipping and advice are free of charge and without obligation, and you only pay for the items you keep. There are also no costs for you for returns or exchanges.
Why should I order the Cozy Box?
80% of women wear the wrong bra size and feel poorly advised. We won't leave you alone in the lingerie jungle and have developed our own sizing system that does away with confusing letters. This means we can offer you bras in over 70 sizes. Our bra experts will be happy to help you with your lingerie and swimwear purchases and will put together a personalised surprise box for you to try on at home. SugarShape is a true labour of love for our entire team, and nothing makes us happier than seeing you happy. Over 500,000 customers are already convinced of the fit and quality of our products.
How much does a Cozy Box cost?
Our bra experts will use your details to put together your personal Cozy Box with lingerie sets, swimwear and sportswear from our SugarShape collections (tops between €49.99 and €74.99, bottoms between €14.99 and €34.99). Of course you only pay for what you keep.
In which countries is the Cozy Box available?
We currently offer our Cozy Box only in Germany and Austria. However, we are planning to expand to other countries.
Is the Cozy Box a subscription plan?
No, the Cozy Box is a one-time order. No subscription.
Do I have to keep anything?
No, you only keep and pay for what you like. If something doesn't fit, you can send it back free of charge.
Do I have to pay a fee?
No, we offer our service completely free of charge. You only pay for the items you keep.
Do you also have an online shop?
Of course, you are welcome to browse our online shop and choose your favourite items yourself. Or let our bra experts surprise you with a personalised selection in the Cozy Box.
How long will it take to receive my Cozy Box?
Delivery of a Cozy Box order usually takes 4-7 working days.
Can I order several Cozy Boxes at the same time?
You are welcome to order our Cozy Boxes again and again, because we love surprising you regularly with new treasures for your underwear drawer. Of course, we would also like to take into account how much you liked the contents of your last box. Therefore, we ask that you only order a new Cozy Box once we have processed the return of your last box, or that you inform us when filling out the questionnaire if you wish to keep the entire contents of the last box or if you would like to order the new Cozy Box for someone else.
